The owner of this website is Inma Ros, from now on “The Administrator”, operating under the trade name Wimlikel Prints, domiciled in Valencia (Spain), Tax identification number NIF 25411389T, Web domain www.wimlikelprints.com, E-mail: info@wimlikelprints.com.

By visiting my site you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms. Wimlikel Prints reserves the right to modify these Terms when necessary.

The total or partial reproduction of the contents published on www.wimlikelprints.com is prohibited. All rights to our website as well as its contents are reserved with total or partial on any content without prior authorization from the person responsible of this website.

Copyright infringement: unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted surface pattern designs constitutes copyright infringement. All designs are owned by Inma Ros and are protected by general copyright and intellectual property laws.

Copyright infringement can have serious consequences, including financial liabilities and damage reputation.

As users you should read this Legal Notice on a regular basis. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check my website periodically for changes.

The Administrator, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the website cause by force majeure, unlawful actions of third parties or incompatibility of the website with the Customer’s technical infrastructure.

Viewing of the website interrupted by factors or circumstances that are beyond my control is not guaranteed

The administrator is not responsible under any circumstances for any damages that may arise from the illegal or improper use of this website. I cannot guarantee the availability and continuity of access to the website nor the absence of error in its content. This content and/or design of the website may be modified at any time without prior notice.

The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this legal notice will be Spanish Law and the jurisdiction will belong to the Courts of Valencia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

Terms of Use

The Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject requests for access to the Private Area of this website.

Access to the private catalogue is exclusive to customers and is provided through the approval of an individual registration. Customers may not share, give or sell their access password to any other person or entity. The user will be responsible for the veracity of the data provided.

Designs for outright sale

Some of my designs are available to buy outright, this means the full copyright will be transferred to the buyer who will be the sole owner of the design once payment is completed. It also means that my name will not be attached to the work. 

The design will be removed from the site once purchased.

Once conditions are agreed the buyer will receive a hi-resolution in 300-dpi layered PSD-file RGB color mode. Should you need another format please let me know.

Designs for licensing

A licensing agreement grants you permission to use a design on your products. The copyright would still belong to me, you are essentially renting it. Licensed designs may not to be resold, shared or changed in any way to the buyer.

Licensed designs can not be uploaded to Print on Demand sites

Exclusive License: this means the buyer has exclusivity to use the design in a specific product category and a specific geographic area for a limited period of time.

All the rights will revert back to me at the end of the agreement. Once the licensing contract is finished even if it’s an exclusive contract, I will be free to use that design in any way.

The contract will not auto-renew.

Non-Exclusive License: this means I may license the artwork to multiple Customers in your same specific product category and geographic area during the licensing period. It also means I may sell them in POD sites.

Pricing is bespoke and depends on many factors, including length of contract, exclusivity, the market covered and the geographic area. I do not work with royalties, I charge a one-time flat fee. No matter how many products bearing the design are sold, the purchase price is set.

Please note that the designs for licensing may have been shown on my Instagram account and other media.

Important information

Payment methods offered: you can pay with credit card or bank transfer to the Administrator’s account.

The invoice will be sent by email. If the Customer wants the invoice in paper they must request it by email, specifying the complete postal address to which it will be sent, at no additional cost.

Refunds: because of the digital format of this product refunds or exchanges are not available, should you be not satisfied for any reason you may contact me, within 7 business days, and I will be happy to help you.

In the event of receiving an incorrect file or a defect of the purchased design, the Customer has de right to make a complaint based on the provisions on European Union Consumer Rights.

Complaints should be submitted by e-mail.

Please note mock up preview are not true to size.

Wimlikel Prints will not be responsible for printing errors. Please note that print colors may vary depending on your screen and printer.
